Mai Sabeel’s mission is to deliver innovative water solutions for the following impact areas:
Life without water is impossible.
Save water, Save life.
Acute water challenges affect billions of people all over the planet. According to UNICEF estimates, 200 million hours are spent daily by women and girls collecting water, which inhibits their potential and their opportunities to learn and thrive.
Water and food insecurity are rapidly getting worse, particularly in the Middle East and Africa.
Mai Sabeel Project will help mitigate the 200 million hours per year spent collecting water by women and girls in rural areas, reclaiming that time for educational and life development opportunities.
Mai Sabeel can deploy projects in areas of water stress or scarcity, alleviating impacts of drought and increasing agricultural output where it is needed the most.
Mai Sabeel Project provides technology solutions for potable water in disaster areas that are low-carbon footprint, rugged, and portable, and that can be delivered one time, as opposed to multiple deliveries of pallets of plastic water bottles.
